First of all, I would like to start by saying Sean is a very professional yet friendly person. When we were moving and had to sell our house, we were looking for someone who can sell it quickly as well as take care of the house very well when we are not there. When we first met Sean, we were impressed by the details he mentioned that would make the house be sold fast (none others mentioned this). Once he explained how he would take care of the house in our absence, we felt more comfortable. He gave us realistic advice as to what we have to do to the house to make it ready unlike others who asked us to do unwanted expensive modifications to the house. The references he provided for house work (painting etc.) were very good. They all did a wonderful job for fraction of cost. Once the house was listed, Sean updated us regularly on the visits and showings and once we got the buyer, he relentlessly followed up every aspect and made sure things progressed and most importantly updated us on every move until the closing.
